infoPro Digital 管理發展計劃
背景
infoPro Digital 希望提升香港經理的領導技巧。重點涵蓋四個範疇：卓越領導、管理技巧（例如教練、授權、目標設定及回饋）、團隊發展，以及變革管理與抗逆力。
方案
Shine Training 於 2024年10月至 2025年2月，以英語為七位高級經理舉辦了四個半天工作坊。每位經理均先完成領導風格評估，並參與 15 分鐘的一對一解說通話。
工作坊 1，卓越領導：自我覺察、溝通風格、價值觀及授權
工作坊 2，管理技巧：GROW 教練及 SMARTER 目標
工作坊 3，團隊發展：以 CAR 模型進行績效管理，以及處理衝突
工作坊 4，變革管理與抗逆力：ADKAR、Kotter 的 8 個步驟及個人承諾
成果
回饋以 5 分制收集。
工作坊 2：評分由 4.57 至 4.86
