infoPro Digital Management Development Program
Background
infoPro Digital wanted to raise the leadership skills of its managers in Hong Kong. The focus was on four areas: leadership excellence, management skills such as coaching, delegation, goal setting and feedback, team development, and change management and resilience.
Solution
Shine Training ran four half-day workshops in English for seven senior managers, from October 2024 to February 2025. Each manager completed a leadership style assessment first and had a 15 minute one-to-one debrief call.
Workshop 1, Leadership Excellence: self-awareness, communication styles, values and delegation
Workshop 2, Management Skills: GROW coaching and SMARTER objectives
Workshop 3, Team Development: performance management with the CAR model and managing conflict
Workshop 4, Change Management and Resilience: ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps and personal commitments
