Kimberly started her B.A. at the University of Alberta and completed her LL.B. (Hons) in Hong Kong. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and an NLP practitioner in Business Management and Communication Skills, certified by the American Board of NLP and the International Society of Neuro-Semantics. She is also recognised in Brand Management by the British Society of Business Practitioners.
Before joining Shine she was Learning and Development Director at a leading education services provider. She has co-edited a New York fashion magazine and written a business column for a local newspaper. She was a final judge of The First Guangdong English Show and a guest speaker at the Hong Kong Book Fair.
Kimberly designs and delivers talent and management development programmes. Her sessions use role-play, case cracking, presentations, drama and games to keep people involved and help the learning stick. She also writes assessment centre cases for multinationals and coaches candidates to handle them.
