Presentation & Communication

Influencing Without Authority

“Overall it was well constructed and delivered. I usually dislike training but found this really well done.”

Most work now gets done through people who do not report to you. This Influencing Without Authority course in Hong Kong gives your team practical tools to win support from colleagues, other departments, clients and senior stakeholders.

The programme has a strong focus on application. Each participant builds a case study from a real influencing challenge at work. After every tool, they go back to that case and plan how to use it.
