A good mentor can change how fast a new joiner settles in and grows. This Mentoring Skills workshop in Hong Kong gives your mentors a clear role, practical tools and the confidence to guide mentees from a different generation.
The day is hands-on. Mentors learn through games, role-plays, discussions and case studies.
Who is it for
Managers and experienced staff who mentor graduate trainees, new joiners or junior colleagues. A short session for mentees is also available.
