Build AI fluency and strengthen the human skills of trust, coaching, judgement and change leadership.
Leadership in the Age of AI
AI is changing what teams expect from their leaders. Routine analysis, drafting and reporting can now be done in minutes. What remains is the part only a leader can do: setting direction, building trust, developing people and making sound judgement calls.
This programme helps leaders do both. They learn to use AI tools with confidence in their own work, and they strengthen the human leadership skills that matter more as AI takes on the routine. It runs as a two-day core programme, with an optional third day on strategy and change.
Who is it for?
Senior and mid-level leaders, department heads and high-potential managers. It also suits the HR and L&D teams who support them. No technical background is needed.
By the end of the programme, leaders can:
Explain what AI can and cannot do for their function, in plain language
Use AI as a thinking partner for decisions, communication and planning
Lead with a clear sense of their own values and leadership identity
Coach, delegate and give feedback with more skill, using AI to prepare
Set clear rules for responsible AI use in their team
Lead their team through AI adoption with a practical 90-day plan

How we train
We follow our T.A.P.E. method: Theory, Application, Practice, Evaluation. Short input, then hands-on work on real leadership challenges. Leaders use AI tools throughout, so they leave with skills they have already practised.
Tailored to your organisation
We consult with you first, then design the programme around your industry, your leadership framework and the AI tools your company has approved. Case examples and exercises are adapted to your business.
