Everyone is talking about AI, but many people have barely used it or feel nervous about it. This course is a friendly first step. In plain English, we show what AI tools can do, how to ask them good questions and how to use them safely for everyday work.

Who is it for?

Staff at any level. No experience is needed.

By the end of the course, participants can:

  • Explain in simple terms what AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot do

  • Write clear prompts and improve a weak answer

  • Use AI for everyday tasks such as emails, summaries and ideas

  • Avoid the common mistakes, including sharing confidential data
