Engaging Team by LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY®

LEGO® Serious Play® Methodology is a proven and well-researched framework that based on neuroscience and psychology findings. Since the 1990’s, it helps organizations globally to identify
gaps and issues, solve problems and explore ideas through a collaborative, open, playful and
constructive manner.
Participants can use LEGO blocks to build symbolic or metaphorical representations of abstract
concepts and ideas. In this way participants’ intangible thoughts and ideas can be concretised by
the LEGO® Models with their individual story sharing.
In the afternoon, facilitator will provide insightful reflective learning and practical action steps
through the utilisation of growth mind-set to understand diversity and exercise inclusion with
openness, flexibility and appreciative communication to foster stronger team bonding, as a result to
drive positive change for the self, the team and finally for the greater good of the organisation.
