Session #1 – The New Change Concept

Raise the awareness among leaders that in today’s environment frontline is pivotal in driving changes.

  • Group Exercise: Chessboard game – participants are divided into 2 competing teams, each team into 3 groups. As they try to complete the chess game, they realize that changes on the chessboard is faster than they expect

  • Debrief with video on VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity)


Session #2 – Setting Change Context

Relook at big picture changes for the future, to help leaders set the change context for their teams

  • Quick Review on VUCA

  • Facilitated Discussion: actors driving change in your industry and your client’s industry

  • Group Discussion: Possible scenarios for the future

  • Self Exercise: Set the change context for your team


Session #3 – Managing Hurdles to Change

Understand hurdles for change and how to overcome these hurdles

  • Group Exercise: Change Emotion Curve – Understanding Emotions Facing Change

  • Self Exercise: Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset

  • Self Exercise: Limiting Beliefs

  • Group Exercise: 3-min Squat – Building Resilience

  • Self Exercise: Actions to build resilience in your team


Session #4 – Driving Change

Raise awareness in key aspects to manage when delivering a change program

  • Review Change Vision

  • Discussion: Challenges in driving change

  • Case Study: Kodak

  • Tool: Kotter’s 8-step change model

  • Self Exercise: Examine if there are any gaps in your current change program


Session #5 – Coaching for Change

Acquire coaching skills to influence team members

  • Skill practice: Questioning Skills

  • Skill practice: Feedback Skills

  • Tool: Application of Coaching approach in different stages of response

  • Practice

  • Self Exercise: Key actions to adopt a coaching habits
